I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for yoga 6 years. Yoga has provided me with a greater sense of self, community and health. I studied and completed my trainings in Sydney, Australia studying with Donna Farhi, Simon Borg Oliver, Katie Manitas, Idit Tamir, and Jutta Wohlrab. My classes have a strong focus on the importance of breath and alignment. I hope to guide students through pranayama and asanas in order to gain the skills needed to face the challenges of life. Yoga can be practiced any time and anywhere and the goal of yoga classes is to engage in the benefits that occur off the mat!
I have developed a holistic, Hatha- based method flexible to the needs of my students. I teach *intense flow classes* as well as restorative yoga. I enjoy teaching yoga for pregnancy to help balance a mother's body and mind, to strengthen the mother-baby bond and to face the challenges that arise before, during, after birth, and as a mother.

Classes purchased as a six-week series must be used within 6 weeks of purchase date. You may attend any combination of the classes listed in the schedule, except where separate fee schedules are noted.
