Yoga for Mothers Workshop with Diane

A special opportunity for mothers to nurture, rejuvenate, and enliven their selves through yoga. For all it’s joys, parenting is demanding and it can often seem like there is little time for ourselves. Mothers (whether your child is an infant or a teenager) can prioritize their well being by attending this special yoga workshop (without their children). Come revitalize & tone the body, balance & calm the mind, and return to your source of internal peace & harmony. This dynamic and rejuvenating workshop includes an extended yoga session with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation, where women can reclaim their individuality while embracing their role as mothers. Couples Birth Preparation Workshop with Diane

Single sessions are offered on Sundays at 1-4 pm on:

This workshop is an opportunity for the couple (and any member of the birth team) to focus on practice many different positions that can be used during the contractions, in between the contractions, and for the delivery of the baby. The partners learn many specific tips on what they can do throughout the birth process, helping both the mother and themselves be as empowered as possible. Prenatal Yoga Classes with Diane

Prenatal Yoga with Diane Fine offers women in any stage of pregnancy the opportunity to help ease discomforts of pregnancy while gaining strength and flexibility in a safe and dynamic way. Wth gentle stretching, conscious use of breath, deep relaxation, and mindfulness techniques,women can enhance the quality of their pregnancy, prepare for an empowered birth process, and learn useful skills for life. The comfortable and friendly group atmosphere leads many women to connect with one another. They share stories, tips, laughter and understanding. Many have gone on to create baby playgroups that last for years. Come experience Diane Fine's skillful leadership in the art of prenatal yoga.
